Join our Mother Daughter Spring Equinox Circle ~ celebrating and honouring the season of Spring with your daughter through circle practice, song and movement, and crafting with spring flowers. This circle is open to all ages and is held in nature. It is a spacious time to connect, be present and become immersed in nature with your daughters while nourishing your connection and the community of Mothers & Daughters who gather with you.

Lauren has held these circles in Samford for 2 years and continues to deepen her work with this practice as her daughter of 8 years grows alongside her.
