Join a circle of women for weekly circles to empower your voice, relax your body, revivify your energies and experience something new in community! Be inspired to create sound within a myriad of harmonies, genres and energetic connections. Lauren will guide you through through spoken word, voice, sound, song, body percussion and listening exercises.

This will be a closed group with a maximum of 11 women working together through the term with 8 weekly sessions beginning Wednesday 7th February and finishing on 28th March at Studio Lomandra in Samford Village, 4520.
